Every order is made to order. That means chains are cut to the specific length you select. Therefore we do not accept returns.

Our Policy:

Each chain is cut & made to order along with every bracelet and wire ring. In the event you would like to exchange for a different length or size, the customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways: shipping the item back to get resized, and shipping the item back to you.
